Standard Venue Terms & Conditions governing all bookings made through the AirOffices platform at your venue. By listing your space on AirOffices, you agree to these terms. These terms apply in addition to any custom terms you enable for your specific location.

Booking & Payments

A booking is confirmed when full payment is received via the AirOffices platform. The venue agrees to honour all confirmed bookings.

The booking covers the workspace, operating hours, and amenities listed on the AirOffices platform at the time of booking.

The venue must ensure the space is available, clean, and set up as described for the duration of the booking.

While venues endeavor to provide continuous utilities (including power and internet connectivity), neither the venue nor AirOffices is liable for municipal service disruptions or localized equipment failures. In instances where a disruption entirely prevents the use of the space, the AirOffices cancellation or credit policy will apply.

Customer Conduct

Customers are expected to treat the venue, its staff, and other guests with respect.

The venue has the right to refuse entry or remove a customer who is behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful manner. In such cases, no refund will be issued by the venue.

Customers must vacate the space promptly at the end of their booked time. Overtime may be charged at the venue's standard hourly rate, or processed via the AirOffices platform in 30-minute increments.

Capacity & Use

Customers may not exceed the maximum capacity listed for the space.

The space may only be used for lawful business purposes. Subletting, events open to the general public, or activities that violate any applicable law are not permitted.

Damage & Liability

Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the venue, equipment, or furnishings during their booking.

The venue must report damage to AirOffices within 24 hours of the booking end time (or by the start of the next business day), backed by photographic evidence where possible.

Neither AirOffices nor the venue is liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel more than 48 hours before the booking: You will receive a full refund to your original payment method. 5–7 business days.
  • Catering terms and conditions vary by venue. Please refer to your venue's specific catering policy before cancelling your order.
  • Cancel within 48 hours of your booking: You'll receive AirOffices Credit for the full booking value — no cash refund. Credit valid for 6 months.
  • No-show: If you don't arrive and haven't cancelled, no refund or credit will be issued.

Minimum Spend

Where a minimum food and beverage spend applies, this will be displayed clearly at the time of booking. Customers who do not meet the minimum spend by the end of their booking will be charged the shortfall at the venue. AirOffices reserves the right to recover unpaid shortfalls from the customer on behalf of the venue.

AirOffices as Platform

AirOffices acts as a booking platform and is not a party to the service agreement between the venue and the customer.

AirOffices collects payment on behalf of the venue and remits the venue's portion (net of commission) in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.

AirOffices reserves the right to remove a venue from the platform for repeated policy violations, customer complaints, or failure to honour confirmed bookings.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
